The Gathering is a network of home churches shaped by the picture of the church we see in Acts 2—devoted to God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, and caring for one another. We gather in homes as spiritual families, growing together in Christ through shared life and shared faith.
A home church is a small gathering of believers who meet weekly in a home or community space. We read and discuss Scripture, pray together, support one another, and live out Jesus' mission in everyday life. Our gatherings are relational, participatory, and centered on Christ.
You can expect to meet in a home with 5-15 people in a comfortable, informal setting.
Our time together includes fellowship, checking in on one another, reading and discussing the Bible, prayer, and worship. You’ll be invited to participate, but never pressured.
The Gathering is made up of multiple home churches connected as one church family. As God grows us, new home churches are sent out from existing ones.
Once a month, we all gather together for a Family Gathering, focused on strengthening the church, teaching biblical foundations, and encouraging one another to grow in Christ.
We do not meet weekly in a church building, and we have no paid staff. This allows us to focus our resources directly on the mission of the church.
Rather than one person preaching each week, our gatherings are guided by qualified male leaders who facilitate discussion around Scripture. Together, we study God’s Word, ask questions, and apply it to our lives so we grow in faith and obedience to Christ.
